Scullcap (Often spelled skullcap incorrectly) is well-known among the Cherokee and other Native American tribes as a strong emmenagogue and medicinal herb. We carry the coveted Mad Dog Desert Skullcap, which is a sedative and excellent as a treatment for nervous disorders and insomnia.

It contains scutellarine and can cause giddiness if large amounts are ingested, and should never be combined with any other sedatives. It is reportedly an incredibly useful aid for quieting the mind for meditation.
