** As of December 2004, due to the recent legal victory of the UDV for the religious/sacramental use of Ayahuasca, religious societies such as the UDV, Santo Daime and Soga del Alma which utilize certain plants as a religious sacrament are exempt from the above disclaimer on those specific plants used in their religious ceremonies.

Refund Policy
ShamanHut offers a 100% satisfaction Guarantee on all of its offerings. Any item may be returned for store credit within fourteen (14) Days from the time the item was shipped, provided it is returned in the same condition it was sent. After fourteen (14) days no refunds will be issued, however, ShamanHut at its sole discretion may choose to offer an exchange. Customer assumes all costs in shipping items back to us.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be canceled prior to being shipped in the case of goods to be delivered. Use the contact us form for cancellation of orders.
Warranty
All product offerings at ShamanHut are provided AS IS. There is no warranty either express or implied. It is understood that there exists great variation in our offerings due to the inability to standardize organic materials.
Shipping Terms and Restrictions:
All Orders must ship to the name on the Credit Card or Paypal Account used for Payment.
ShamanHut ships to the USA, CANADA, and the European Union only. There is no shipping to the State of Louisiana or to any Military Addresses! If you place an order be be delivered to an address of this type your order will be canceled and your payment will be refunded.
There is no way to keep up with all the laws concerning plant materials throughout the world. It is your responsibility to know what is and is not allowed to be shipped to your country. If for some reason we find that an item is banned from your country of residence your order will be canceled and your payment refunded.
ALL Orders are shipped FOB Shipping point. Once an order is shipped ownership of the parcel is transfered to the buyer and ShamanHut will not be responsible for the delivery of the order. Delivery without Insurance and Registration is not guaranteed.
These Terms & Conditions (Agreement between buyer and seller) constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. These Terms & Conditions may be modified at any time by ShamanHut and are construed to be in full force and effect the momment they are posted to the Terms & Conditions section of this website.
